Print and complete the Service Request Form and include it with your watch. Be sure  all your contact information is included on the form. Please also note your preferred contact method.

Package your timepiece using a sturdy box or padded envelope. The watch should be secure and not move around in the packaging. Wrap the watch with additional bubble wrap or similar material to ensure that your watch is not damaged in transit.

Securely wrap the package in an additional layer of tape around the edges of your package as well as over your mailing label.

Ship your watch using your preferred courier. Please insure your shipment for the full value of your watch and use tracking of your shipment for safest delivery. If you wish you may send a return shipping label for the return of your watch. Your inspection is free of charge. 

Once your watch is received and thorough inspection is done, you will be contacted with a Service Estimate by phone or email. 

If you approve the estimated amount, work can begin as soon as possible. If you decide not to proceed, the watch will be returned in the condition it was received.

Please do not send "gift or special boxes" your watch may not be shipped back to you in the same box that it arrived in.
